This tutorial will show you how to setup your Raspberry Pi to work with Wyliodrin.
Setting up the board requires the following steps:
Sign in into your Wyliodrin account. On the Wyliodrin Projects page, click the Add Board button. You will be asked to provide the name and the type. Enter any name you like and select the Raspberry Pi board type.
Once the board has been added to Wyliodrin, you will see a short tutorial page on how to activate the board.
The next step that you need to take is to download and unzip the Wyliodrin SD Card Image for the Raspberry Pi and write it on an SD Card. The card need to be at least 4 GB.
Writing the image to an SD Card is different depending on your system.
dd if=wyliodrin_raspberrypi_image_file of=/dev/device_name
where wyliodrin_raspberrypi_image_file is replaced the name of the unzipped Wyliodrin SD Card Image for the Raspberry Pi and /dev/device_name is replaced with the path to the SD Card, usually it will be /dev/mmcblk0.
If you are an advanced user and w
ish to install Wyliodrin on your existing SD Card, you may
use our installation script.
auto lo iface lo inet loopback iface eth0 inet dhcp allow-hotplug wlan0 iface wlan0 inet manual #wpa-roam /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf # this line sets uses wyliodrin configuration file wpa-roam /etc/wireless/wireless.conf iface default inet dhcp
Once you have written the Wyliodrin SD Card image t

Insert the SD Card into your computer. Once it apperas, copy the file wyliodrin.json directly on the card. Make sure the file is named exactly wyliodrin.json.
Please be aware that each board has a different configuration file. Even if they are all called wyliodrin.json, the content is different for each board that you want to activate.
Eject the card from you computer and insert it into the Raspberry Pi. Connect the Raspberry Pi to an Internet cable and plug it in. You will have to wait a little, the board will appear as online on the Wyliodrin Projects page
You have successfully activated the Raspberry Pi.
